Jonathan Miranda

Jonathan is part of the Platform as a Service (PaaS) area leading the Middle Tier Application Track for the ACI Program. He also leads two enterprise service platforms, OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition), and CEP (Cisco Enterprise Portal). He builds in automation and resiliency into the process and platforms to improve customer experience and IT services.

Previously he was part of the Application Technology Services team where he front ended the team through the GDCP (Global Data Center Program) and the final decommission of data center in San Jose.

Jonathan has a Masters of Science degree in Systems Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from San Jose State University. He completed his undergraduate studies from Mumbai University in Mechanical Engineering.
